Mark a payment paid in seconds.
Cash, UPI, card, bank transfer or cheque — record it the way you were actually paid. Made a mistake? Undo it, or cancel it with a reason.
Monthly fees
Enter a monthly fee once.
Switch on repeat monthly, and the next month's payment is created for you as soon as this one is marked paid. No re-typing the same list every month.
Safety
Lock the app with a PIN.
If your phone is shared at the desk, a 4-digit PIN keeps your records private. The PIN stays on your phone. You can use fingerprint or face unlock instead.
WhatsApp reminders
The reminder is ready. You just press send.
Asking for money is the part everybody puts off. Scale does the typing. You decide who to send it to, and when.
Scale writes the message for you — the name, the amount and the due date are already filled in.
It opens WhatsApp with that message ready. You read it, and you press send yourself.
Scale notes that you opened WhatsApp. It does not claim the message was delivered, because it cannot know that.
Scale never sends a message on its own, and it cannot read your WhatsApp chats. Your customers stay yours.
No internet right now? The app still works.
Your records are kept on your phone, not only on the internet. A gym in a basement, or a class where the network drops — you can still open the app and get your work done.

Scale only shows you your record. You cannot pay through it, and it never asks for a card, a UPI ID or a bank account. Pay your gym or class the same way you always do.

Our promise
What Scale will never do.
You are putting your customers and your money into this app. Here is what we will never do with it.
No ads. No tracking.
There are no ads inside the app, and nothing in it watches what you do or reports it back to us.
Your PIN stays on your phone.
We never receive it and we cannot see it. If you use fingerprint or face unlock, your phone checks it — Scale only gets a yes or a no.
Scale never moves money.
It does not ask for a card, a UPI ID or a bank account, and no payment ever goes through it. You collect the money. Scale writes it down.
Your customer list is yours alone.
No other business can see your customers or your payments. And a customer can see only their own record, never anybody else's.
FAQ
Common questions.
Is Scale free?
Yes. Both apps are free to download and free to use. There is nothing to buy inside the app.
Do I need both apps?
No. Scale Partner works on its own. The second app is for your customers, and only if they want it. Your work does not depend on them installing anything.
Can I take payments through Scale?
No. Scale keeps the record of payments; it does not take them. Your customers pay you the same way as always — cash, UPI, bank transfer, whatever you use. You then mark it paid in the app.
Does Scale send WhatsApp messages for me?
It writes the message and opens WhatsApp with it ready. You press send yourself. Scale never sends anything on its own.
What kind of business is it for?
Any small business where the same customers pay again and again — gyms, personal trainers, tuition and coaching classes, yoga studios, music and dance schools, sports academies. If you keep fees in a notebook or in WhatsApp today, this is for you.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your customer and payment list is saved on your phone, so you can find a customer and mark a payment paid with no network. Everything updates on its own once the internet is back.
How do I sign in?
There is no password. You sign in with a one-time code. After that, a 4-digit PIN opens the app on your phone, and you can use fingerprint or face unlock instead.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Right now Scale is only for Android phones, on Google Play.
How do I get in touch?
